This acquisition marks a new stage for Property Pros, as we integrate the hardworking staff of Ken-Cut with our existing crews for even more top-notch landscape maintenance collaboration and creation.

In 1981, Ken-Cut started as a simple lawn care company striving to give the best customer care and let the quality of work speak for itself. For the past 40 years, owners Ken and Joy Branam have grown their family-owned company into a leader in landscape maintenance in the Indianapolis area, servicing numerous residential and commercial clients. For the next few months, Ken is staying on as an Account Manager to help ensure a smooth transition for all Ken-Cut employees and clients.

As Ken and his wife Joy began to think about retirement, they wanted to find the best company possible to continue the legacy they built and felt Property Pros was the perfect match. Not only do the companies share a well-established reputation for quality work, but they also share company values of faith, family, and personal accountability.
